It's official. Baby went from an infant to a baby overnight. Along with an increased sense of self (attitude) this means he's on a schedule. (Did you know "rhythmatic" is not a word? I just learned that. "Rhythmic" is the word.)
We transitioned him from sleeping in the womb-like swing (where he happily got chapped cheeks from being in motion all night) to his crib. We psyched ourselves up for the big night when he would inevitably cry himself to sleep because he wanted to be in motion. But when the big night came we put him in his crib and all he did was make complaintive noises for about 10 minutes and then slept for 7 hours. (Did you know complaintive is not a word either? It should be. I'm using it.)
He goes down for naps nicely in the crib, too. This video was taken after we decided that a 2 hour nap in the morning was good enough.

Oh my gosh! Grace, that video is so funny! Like mother like son! He takes after you in the morning. Smile. How sweet. I think Funniest Home Videos should get a hold of that one.
Also, Loved the nursery. You did a great job. So cute!
Love,
Melodee.
The nursery is adorable! Yay! :)
