After reading this article I could have said a million intelligent things in response to it but because it was SO outlandish all I could say was, "It's almost like this guy didn't get the memo that the 70's happened."

This last sentence of the article,
"You can't be a great creative director and have a baby and keep spending time off every time your kids are ill,"
implies that women are (should be?)the only care givers, taking time off work to 'suckle' their kids.
(He can 'suckle' my stiletto heel!)
